Pattern Our Lives to Become Like Jesus
We believe God is on a mission to make all things new, and he has asked us to join in — to be his apprentices who are learning the way of Jesus. We do that by curating simple patterns of living each day that help us to be with Jesus, become like him, and do the things he did.

Commit to Community
Gathering with our church family on Sundays and in smaller groups during the week allows us to grow deeper in community and in our faith. We have a variety of group types, including City Groups, Table Groups, and Men’s & Women’s Groups. You can also join the RCC Cares Group in Church Center to help with practical needs within the church.

Serve the River City Church Family
Serving the church family with our talents and time is integral to becoming who God created us to be as followers of Jesus. We have a variety of volunteer roles — there’s a place for everyone!

Engage in Local and Global Kingdom Mission
We see the Kingdom of God as rooted in the words and works of Jesus. His love compels us — to love all people, to bring hope and healing in His name, to seek justice and mercy, and to reflect His heart for the poor and broken-hearted. We have ongoing opportunities to serve our local and global communities.

Give Financially
Giving has to do with much more than just the church’s financial needs. The Old and New Testaments teach there is a direct connection between our use of money and our development of the spiritual life. Jesus emphasized giving because He knew this would be an area where our hearts would struggle. We believe we are to give because it is part of our worship — part of experiencing joy and life to the full!
